The interview was supposed to be a 30 minute phone call. I ended it after 5 minutes. This role was supposed to be strictly administrative, and the first thing she tells me is they are looking for someone to work up to 25% of the time in a clinical capacity. Essentially the team is looking for someone to do two jobs. The Talent Management lady was nice and even acknowledged that the role doesn't advertise having to do clinical work.
