Quick turnaround from recruiter screen to HM interview. Had a great conversation with the Director of Talent with clear expectations on next steps. However, received a "Not selected" email on Saturday morning. I believe in closing the loop with a candidate who interviewed through personal recruiter outreach - that's industry standard. I have no problem with not being selected; however, there is definitely room for improvement in candidate experience. I don't necessarily want the role, but would have come on board just to fix this and start turning their already ruined TA reputation around.
