Interview process took 2 weeks. It was a 5 stage process in which I got to interact with many people from the company. The 5 stages were:
Initial: Introduction to the company and initial discussions.
Culture Fit: Exploring alignment with the company's values and work culture.
Technical: Assessing technical skills and expertise.
Consulting: Delving into problem-solving and consulting abilities.
Interview with the Founders: A final discussion with the company founders.
The entire process was smooth and enjoyable. I got a great sense for what the company is all about and the sort of people I'd be working with if I were to join. I also felt that everyone I interacted with was invested in the vision of the company, and really cared to take the time to get to know a potential new colleague.

Initial call with recruiter - standard questions. Culture interview - What do you know/like about Daemon? Assessing how well I meet the values.
Technical interview - Various topics on different tech and practices I had detailed on my CV, as well as a live code refactor/review.
Consulting interview - Asking for examples of delivering, managing stakeholders etc.
Final Interview - A chat with the founders, finding a bit more out about each other.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Daemon (London, England) in Dec 2021
Interview
Compared to others interviews that I gave, where I had to solve problems in parallel at Dae.mn I was given an optional take home test to solve. It was completely optional. But since the problem statement was real world and quite challenging, I thought to attempt and decided if I was successful I would share the result with Dae.mn
