Interview
The interview process was over 2.5 months for an entry-level role. Long and unorganized candidate experience. Lots of back and forth to find a time that can be handled by either AI or a tool like Calendly. I interviewed with Recruiter, who then forgot to follow up. I followed up again, which I was then reconnected to a new recruiter who passed me through 3 more interviews (hiring manager, teammate, director).
