Fiz uma entrevista e fui informada que logo na segunda-feira seguinte receberia algum tipo de feedback, o que nunca aconteceu. Duas semanas depois da data esperada para feedback, tentei contactar a empresa para entender o andamento do processo ou pelo menos obter uma resposta para saber se aguardo algum fechamento ou sigo focada em outros projetos, mas nem sequer abriram a minha mensagem (até hoje, completando 1 mês do envio). Achei essa postura deselegante, pois demonstra falta de consideração pelos candidatos e falta de transparência. Será essa prática algo cultural desta empresa? Ou foi algo pontual? Acredito que seja um dever dos recrutadores dar um retorno e demonstrar o mínimo de gratidão a quem doa seu tempo como candidato em um processo seletivo. Resolvi fazer este relato pois acredito que dar satisfação aos candidatos, nem que seja um e-mail automático, é importante para a imagem e reputação da empresa.

Attended rounds 2 out of 3. First round was 1 hour case study and 1 hour of interview with team who will be working with, second round was interview with hiring manager. Did not make it to third round, and there was no update until I emailed to ask HR after 3 weeks. Waste of my time because the incumbent in the role retracted their resignation and therefore there was no hiring eventually. Decide first whether there is a need to post an job advertisement and do whatever counter-offer to incumbent before even wasting others' time. Highly unprofessional.

Interview
The first round of interviews was conducted by a third-party agency. The second round was with a talent representative. The questions were standard: an achievement, a failure, tell me about a project where you used a specific skill. They were always very friendly.
