Best interview process I’ve had! Online application, online psychometric tests with online video interview (one take per answer), online assessment centre. Assessment centre was really great, had 3 actual interview stages (pre prepared case study, group task, individual interview) and everything was broken up with fun energisers. Had the opportunity to talk to current graduates which was useful. The communication before/throughout the process is the best of any company I’ve applied to, I had two phone calls before the assessment centre to check all was well. They’re extremely transparent and the process moves along very quickly. Most importantly there were absolutely no red flags!
