The first interview is called "Discovery Day", it goes for about 45 minutes and they tell you a bit about the company and you get an opportunity to talk about yourself and your background. They then ask you about your transferrable skills, what youve been studying etc. Make sure you complete their modules to have the best chance, they are hidden in the interview booking email. None of us saw them and the interviewer seemed pretty disappointed. They then make you do a test which involves a cognitive test (surprisingly really difficult), a typing test and a basic IT knowledge test (very easy).
