Datacom Systems Senior Java Developer interview questions

The position is based in Kuala Lumpur. I applied the position online, on JobStreet and only went to the first interview which is technical interview. The interviewers asked mostly about java and coding questions. They gave a coding questions and asked to write a code in a piece of paper but the questions were hard to write in the paper, you need to use IDE e.g. creating/closing database connection, fibonacci number, etc.
