General MSP questions related to Windows and Office 365. One round of interviews with the offer extended after. HR extended the offer via email. If you have some MSP experience you should be fine.

How would you troubleshoot a end user not receiving emails in Outlook?
Straightforward for a MSP. Met with Manager and Director. One interview process with your basic questions for a Tier 1. They will try to pick a random question you miss and use it against you to offer a lower salary. Stand your ground.

Interview
The Hiring manager was completely unprofessional and seems a bit racist. He asks about my history and I told him. He then downplays my skills and past work experience as insignificant. He asked me " What do you do ?" like as if I have no skills and then kept asking questions that were not related to the job at all!. But apparently he was rude and just didnt seem to like me and came off a bit racist. He seems to have hard time understanding my technological background and therefore, just aims to downplay them because he doesn't have knowledge in it. The other interviewers were very professional and kind. I had a technological interview before him in the company and I passed.
