I was contacted by someone from HR shortly after applying. We were able to schedule a short call where I learned more about the company, the position, and answered a few questions. A call with someone else was scheduled for the following day. A few days later I was told that they would be moving ahead with other applicants.

Please explain your experience with each of the technologies listed on your resume.
Clearly laid out the role and interview process. After the HR screen I had an interview with a manager in a similar role. After that, I was told I would move to the next round and they inquired about availability. Four hours later, I got a note that they had filled the role.

The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Dataprise
Interview
Initial phone screening with HR, pleasant, focused predominantly on culture. Second phone screen more position focused, conducted by the manager of the team, at that time. Final interview was conducted on-site in their MD offices. HR and then now the new manager of the team. Simple cultural fit questions from HR and a few behavioral questions. Hiring manager seemed distracted during interview. Didn't ask any questions that I felt got to know me or my capabilities. Spoke mostly about himself and his relocation. Asked one question and then shuffled me on my way out the door. Couple days later, HR contacts me nice email with some feedback.

Question 1
I had only one question. How would you handle two customers with competing and pressing needs.
Hello and thank you for taking the time to share your interview feedback with Dataprise. I apologize that it does not seem you had the best experience with us and it seems like we missed the mark a bit here. I will work with our hiring managers to make sure future candidates do not run into these same issues and again, appreciate you taking the time to provide this information. Best of luck to you!
