I submitted my application and received a follow up phone interview. The call lasted no more than fifteen minutes and it was just an overview of the company. Very simple.

They asked me if I was licensed and discussed the pay rate for license vs non-license
Easy questions and dialog. Told me they have plenty of work and can work up to 65 hours per week, but no overtime rate. Employees are W2 and not independent contractors.
