Unfortunately my experience with this company has been very negative, and therefore I recommend anyone looking to interview here to go elsewhere where you will hopefully be treated more respectfully. I originally applied for a position through indeed, I was called and texted by one of their team but missed the call. I texted and called back twice but was ultimately ghosted which I always find highly unprofessional and uncourteous. I assumed the first position had been taken which is fair enough and therefore decided to send my CV to the company in case they had any other suitable roles elsewhere. I again received a call from a member of their team which I answered, he asked me a bit about myself and scheduled an interview which he said would with his colleague via zoom 2 days later. I never received a zoom meeting invite, nor any further correspondence indicating I had either, yet again, been completely ghosted by this company or was simply lied to about the interview. It is not difficult to send a quick email to someone to say the interview is no longer going ahead as the position has been filled, this experience has left me with a terrible impression of the company and I will therefore be informing all friends/family not to apply here or use their shops.
