Day Zero Diagnostics interview questions

-Initial screening call w/ director of sequencing (15 minutes) -On-site interview, 1-2 people (30 minutes), 4-5 meetings in one afternoon (4 hours total) -Zoom call w/ CSO (20 mins) -Follow-up & offer call (15 mins) *Great team, very friendly and young, but salary was not competitive. *Did not bring up salary until final call, was disappointed after weeks of interview process - salary was not competitive with other biotech companies for a senior role w/ a Master's degree candidate, and DZD unwilling to negotiate in order to hire talent.

I had a phone interview and then about a week later I had a video meeting with one of the scientists. The first call was general interview questions and the second one was more focused on the science part.
