Interview with 2 peer-level analysts and then with the hiring manager. The interview was on site, 1 hour total. They were really friendly and welcoming. After the initial demographic interview when they asked me to walk them through my resume, they showed me the company's organizational structure, where the role that I'm interviewing for fitted in. After that, they tested on analytical thinking skill with some charts and questions about utility industry. Finally, I was interviewed by the manager to see if I was a good fit for the role.
