Interview
Required 2 separate interviews one to discuss skills one to discuss salary. Then they checked my letters of reference and then said I had a 90 day trial. I started work and then was also told I was going to share the job responsibilities with two other women in the office. One had been there for over 7 years she was the easiest to get along with as she spoke the same language of construction that I did.
