Difficult interview
Application
I applied online. I interviewed at Dealer Inspire in Jan 2021
Interview
This was a very organized review with lots of questions to make sure you are the right fit. Definetly be prepared for any and all question regarding experience, your background, and why you believe you are a good fit.

Question 1
Q: What drives and motivates you?
Q: Describe your experience and why do you think you are the right fit?
The interview was a one on one with your direct report then a group interview with a panel of people. Overall pretty average interview. They test your knowledge on campaigns you've run.

What to do when a client is not happy with their services?
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Dealer Inspire (Toronto, ON) in Jan 2020
Interview
I applied for a remote position in Canada. Process was supposed to take 4 to 6 weeks. as mentioned in their automatic email following my application. I applied early December, heard back end of December for a video interview with the Toronto Account Supervisor since it was for a remote position in Canada. The interview was early January. I really enjoyed my conversation with her. I felt there was a good fit for me within this role and that we would work really well together. Following the interview, she said I would hear back from HR. 2 weeks passed by and I decided to reach out to get an update with the account supervisor and she never replied back. I let a week go by and since I didn't get any reply from her, I reached out to the HR department to get an update for this role. Once again, no answers and it has been over one month and one week since my interview. Not sure what happened with the role, if they decided to put it on hold for now or if I may not be what they were looking for, but the least they could do is simply be transparent and give an update to anyone that goes into an interview. I was so thrilled to be part of the DI team but seeing how I was treated as a prospect, not sure how I feel about working for them at all now.
