The interview was easy so long as you're personable. It was a face to face interview that took no more than 15 minutes. The questions they ask were based on how you would react to certain scenarios.

2 interviews for sales associates. First interview was a group interview with an assistant manager. Second was 1:1 with her again and the district manager happened to be there too. Both interviews were taken in the back room and it was a bit cramped. No gotcha questions and a brief history of the company. It was generally friendly and easy.

Interview
I went throughout the mall asking what stores were hiring. Deb was and I applied in the store that day. It was easy considering I had no prior employment history. Three days later I was called back for an interview. Two days after the call was the interview. It was one on one with the manager. Took about 25 minutes. The mood was very friendly and comfortable. 5 days after the interview I was called back and offered a position.
