Applied online then did a maths test and was invited for an interview at their head office.
I had to prepare a SWOT analysis of Debenhams then there was a competency based interview. Talking about Debenhams brands is an important part of their strengths
I didn't have any retail experience where it would have benefitted greatly.

Interview
I applied for Debenhams online and had math test. There was time limit but it wasn't too difficult. After a few weeks, I got a phone interview. I was a bit nervous at the beginning but the interviewer made me feel comfortable. She was lovely!
I completed an online application and maths test before being invited for am interview. The interview was pretty standard no surprise questions to trip you up and the interviewers were really nice and made me feel very comfortable. I had to do a quick 5 min swat analysis presentation in the interview. I found out a couple of hours later that I had got the job and started the following week.
