Group interview first, followed by an individual interview. Simple questions to assess the personality and willingness to perform all required tasks. The hiring manager was present throughout the process. The process was overall pretty straightforward and short. About 20% of the candidates were hired

Can you work shifts (i.e. very early morning, weekends, etc.)?
The interview process took around 1h but went very smoothly. Hiring manager was nice even though sometimes asked some tricky questions (but I mean, it's part of the process). Overall I would consider it average.

Molto poco tecnico e basato più su una impressione di facciata e personalità più che da vere competenze o esperienze precedenti
