There were x rounds: 1. Introductory call with external recruiter 2. Deeper dive with external consultant regarding my experience and requirements 3. Chat with internal HR rep 4. Chat with internal project lead 5. Chat with internal functional manager

Question 1
External consultant was the only one to ask about my experience or skills to a limited extent. Internal team asked the same questions about "principles" over and over. All internal interviews felt very similar.
