It was a very friendly interview. It was a nice conversation about my extracurricular activities in college and the interviewer also told me about his experiences. It was for a summer job, and I didn't have previous experience.

They asked if I knew the store and how it was organised in teams
The interview process took around 1h but went very smoothly. Hiring manager was nice even though sometimes asked some tricky questions (but I mean, it's part of the process). Overall I would consider it average.

Mi hanno chiesto i vari aspetti della mia vita includendo domande che facessero comprendere a chi mi stava facendo il colloquio come ragionassi, tra cui anche eventi specifici a cui dovevo rispondere.
svolgimento di una prima chiamata conoscitiva tramite risorse umane seguita poi da un colloquio in sede con due figure responsabili di vendita e incaricati delle assunzioni. Molto poco tecnico e basato più su una impressione di facciata e personalità più che da vere competenze o esperienze precedenti
