Entretien en 3 étapes :
Entretien telephonique.
Puis entretien en présentiel avec 2 personnes (pour un leader et la responsable de recrutement du service - Questions basics d'entretien (presentation, parcours, vision dans 5 ans, volonté d'evolution, pourquoi Decathlon)
Enfin, un entretien avec 2 membres (chef de process et ton réferent par exemple) avec un test de compétences (questions de comptabilité , test sur excel (TCD, recherche V, X, etc)

Decathlon adopts a multiple round interview process.
At the start of your application, if you get shortlisted, you would have to do up a short video introduction.
Afterwards, there were two rounds of interview with your colleagues and leaders. Due to the nature of accounting, there was an Excel test given as well. The last interview would be a sports game together with the team and other candidates if any.

Domande tecniche e molte domande per testare le soft skills, in particolar modo la comunicazione, l’ascolto e la capacità di collaborare in team. Processo composto da 2 call con 2 diversi mangers (accounting manager ed HR manager) + 1 colloquio in sede con 3 mangers (accounting + CFO + HR)
