virtual interview (can't remember if this was on zoom or teams) with one of the executives who was also in charge of recruitment. the interview was conducted non-stop for almost two hours

90 minutes (went on longer to almost two hours in my case) divided into two sections
1.
- introduction to the company
- some behavioural questions and those based on CV

- case study interview asking you to run the interview through an entire piece of research/experiment, giving an idea of what the actual role would involve

Interview
First, a CV and cover letter review. If successful, you'll be invited to cognitive test (complete the shape). If that's successful, you'll be invited to two interviews: one conversation to get to know each other, the second a business case. If successful, you'll be invited to an interview with one of the founders and will be asked to prepare a short presentation.
