Delasport interview questions

Discussions about previous experience, system design, code review. Partly on-site, partly online. There are many drill down style questions, where the interviewer goes deep into the answers, so the you have to explain the reasons and decision making process.

The process was in 3 steps. - HR phone call - Office meeting with team leader and art director - Design task The process was very slow in my case. They answered me almost 2 weeks after I sent the design task.
