Interview
The first round was to understand my motivation for the job, history, and skills suited for the job.
After that, the next round was a take-home case study followed by a presentation to two members of your future team. This was the best part of the process and gave insights into the real-world problems, and challenges the food delivery company faces.
After that, the next two rounds were mainly behavioral, focusing on team fit, motivations, team-fit, etc. The overall process was enjoyable, and HR ensures you're updated with the feedback and the next steps!
