Good candidate experience to start with. Recruitment started out very good with recruitment agency and hiring manager. We had good discussions about the role and requirements. Third interview I met the manager of the company. The feeling I got was more of attending an exam than being at an interview. Questions were based on the technical aspects of Google ads which I had used. He corrected me about the payment method by saying you only pay by traffic which is not correct when using display ads, which I had done. This was said in a quite demeaning tone which left me feeling not very comfortable. Other questions were about the incentive structure at my previous employer which I believe had nothing to do with the jobtasks for this role. I walked out feeling quite confused as I have not experienced anything similar in an interview before. The agenda seemed very unclear.
