The first round was a 30-minute phone interview with a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist. It focused on my background, experience, and overall fit for the role.
The second round was with the hiring manager. He asked about my past and real-time project experience, the number of projects and how I handled them.
In the final round, I met with a panel of six team members. This round was mostly technical. Prior to the interview, they shared a simulation task that I was asked to review and complete. During the interview, they asked me to walk through the code I had written, along with questions related to my technical skills, QA processes, and some behavioral aspects to assess my team collaboration and problem-solving abilities.
