I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Delvinia (Toronto, ON) in Apr 2019
Interview
The process was quite straight forward, staff were very friendly! Two people were asking questions, both were very friendly and they were easy to make conversation with. The questions were quite traditional and generic.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Delvinia (Toronto, ON) in Nov 2020
Interview
The interview process was fairly quick. I applied for a different role, but was made aware that they would soon be hiring for this role and that my background suited it. I didn’t hear back until the job posting for this role was officially up, after which, I submitted an official application and had a 30 minute phone screen with HR two days later. I then had a 1 hour video interview with the Team Lead, and Manager of the department the following week. Both interviews felt very conversational, as everyone I chatted with was very nice, and very open to answering questions I had! I received an offer approx 10 days later.
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Delvinia (Toronto, ON) in Oct 2017
Interview
I attended a career fair, for which i did a short 15 minute interview with 2 people. The event was very well organised, there were snacks and water provided, and staff in the building lobby to take candidates to the office. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. The interview focused more on personality questions. A longer interview would have been nice as we were unable to get through all the planned questions in the scheduled time, but that was due to the career fair format. They also clearly explained the future stages of the recruiting process. Overall a very positive experience.
