      Interview

My experience with this company’s hiring process was extremely disappointing and frankly unprofessional. After investing significant time preparing for and completing multiple interview rounds, the company completely stopped communicating. There was no update, no rejection email, nothing. Even after sending multiple follow-ups requesting a simple yes/no decision, there was absolute silence. This isn’t about expecting detailed feedback, just a basic acknowledgment or closure. Ignoring candidates after they’ve invested their time reflects a serious lack of respect and poor internal processes. It gives the impression that the company does not value candidates or their time at all.
