I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Demandforce (San Francisco, CA) in Jan 2014
Interview
Starts with phone call, met with 4 seperate managers, will ask you a bunch of "tell me about a time etc" questions, and you will do a mock prospecting call and then asked about how you think it went. About a week later you will speak to one of the managers who most likely liked you the most and will want to bring you on the team.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Demandforce in June 2016
Interview
Applied, then was first interviewed through the phone by a recruiter. The recruiter asked simple 'about me' questions. She notified me a few hours later that she was interested and wanted to schedule a second interview that had to be in person, so I was required to come into their office. About a week later, I was interviewed by two managers and then asked to do a cold call. Cold call was alright - you have to be ready and know how to ask open ended questions. Also, know the Triple A strategy.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Why sales?
Tell me about a time you failed and what did you do after?
-Phone interview for 15-20 minutes, wasn't too hard just make sure to be energetic and engaged. Afterwards, I was called to have an in person interview.
-The in person interview started off well and went downhill after that. One of the sales managers does not understand how to give constructive criticism and feedback. She was belittling and scoffed at me wanting to be a part of the sales team. She was highly unprofessional in her conduct and had decided that she did not want to hire me early in the interview, which showed in her interactions. As a whole, Demandforce is an unprofessional company and with all the tech companies booming in the Bay Area, there are better options around.

Interview
Three different managers who were all borderline cocky and full of themselves. They constantly said they wanted someone, "angry" and who's biggest goals in life were to become an Account Executive there.
