I waited about 5 or so minutes after my scheduled time. Also got interrupted which threw me off track. She was kind though. She asked me questions and interview lasted a good 10-15 minutes. She answered my question in a very detailed fashion.
Application and then email for an interview. If u make it past the first one there is another and then one more. Three rounds, around 6 questions per round, 20 minute interviews.
The interview process was relaxed and conversational, lasting approximately 15 minutes. It focused primarily on behavioural and situational questions, with an emphasis on teamwork, problem solving, and how I approach different scenarios. The hiring manager was very friendly, which made the discussion feel comfortable and engaging.
