I had several interviews with them, it was very much oriented on the politics of the country the position was focused on and one was more based on skills. Then they couldn't decide so I had a third interview.

The interviewing panel was very nice and created a safe space. The first interview was fine. It was followed by a written test which was very complicated and too long to be completed in an hour. The second interview was a delight.
