Very transparent, quick, and enjoyable! They often provided interview topics beforehand to help you prep, as well as dress expectations so you did not need to worry about how go dress. It was clear DW wants applicants to succeed in the interview process.

Interview
The interview was a 3-step process that lasted a month and a half. The process consisted of an initial Zoom call that lasted 30 min, a skills assessment, and a final interview with two employees.

Interview
Two stages. First is a screening interview with basic task/project management and DEI questions. Second consists of a practical assignment of collecting information for specific elections (i.e., ballot request deadline, registration deadline, answers to outstanding questions) and a second interview based on the assignment. Reference check after selection.
