I got a call from a recruiter who started the interview process. He called back and scheduled an on site interview. Quick, to the point. I met the Dentist and Office Manager. Very nice people and process. Could I start right away? Very Professional and like minded. The recruiter called about a week and a half later to offer me the position pending, background and drug testing but gave me a tentative start date.

Every step of the interview process was done in a professional,easy,comfortable and timely manner. Both the Hiring Manager and HR Coordinator were friendly ,informative and made me feel confident in my choice to work for this company. From the beginning, I felt I was in the right place!

The interviewing and hiring process went smoothly. I was guided through each step I need to complete with a very detailed email. For any questions or concerns I had there was someone to get in contact with.
Started with a couple phone interviews, one with questions to assess personality and a second with clinical and critical thinking questions. Then had one in-person interview with the staff of the office I was going to be working with.
