I applied in-person. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Denver Concepts (Denver, CO) in May 2019
Interview
I enjoyed the interview process, the employees I shadowed were straightforward about the job and what it would take to succeed. If you are not a go getter this job is not for you. The people and work environment was very uplifting and positive. The position I applied for was independent and required a mode of transportation that I did not have.
I applied through other source. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Denver Concepts (Aurora, CO) in May 2019
Interview
Denver Concepts “found my resume online” and texted me, saying they were impressed with my credentials. I talked to them on the phone and scheduled a full day interview. During the interview, you learn that regardless of the position you are applying for, you will be going business to business knocking on doors and trying to get companies to switch to T-Mobile. That is it. The only good thing about this experience is at least the interview was honest, even if the entire business model is shady. I talked to a new-hire who was desperate to get any job to support her family. She said during her interview, she and the person she was shadowing got rejected by 60 businesses in one day. If that sounds like something you want to do, go for it. You’ll probably be hired.

Question 1
Why do you think you’d be a good fit for this job?

Interview
I was such a great match for a job! I have no experience for it, no background in it, no interest in it, and never applied for it! Of course, she couldn't tell me which parts of my resume were a "great match". This was a fishing expedition to try and drum up contacts with lies. I was clear that I considered them a scam and that I didn't want to hear from them again. However...
I was contacted again later. Very urgently! I had to call them that day to set up the interview ASAP! I let her make her pitch and then told her she was completely off-base again. She implied that I must have mistakenly applied for this position and forgotten about it. DO NOT work with these people. It just makes them think that their fraud is working.
