This was a Direct Interview conducted by the MD of the company. There was no further questions and the selection was almost confirmed immediately.The MD was meeting lot of people or various jobs and was taking interviews in Delhi for the first time for the higher management positions. The selection it seemed was more on the overall package and the focus on easily available candidates.
