Hey its been a week since I gave my interview. I haven't heard from them yet. Is this a sign of a reject? Thank you.

My own experience: On site interview: April 16 Got recruiter's call: April 23 Offer: April 30 Suggestion for you is to email or call your recruiter. In most cases, the interview results will be reviewed by a committee on Wednesdays and you will get a call on Thursday or Friday.

From May 2 to May 16, from last Monday to this Friday. Jus confirmed yesterday.
