The process was a single one hour video call. I didn't realise that was all that was needed for them to make a decision until near to the end of the session. No technical tests or clarification of the salary. Questions about my general website development experience. All rather easy going and not too formal.

Interview
The interview process had different stages. I was able to choose from doing it online or on-site and I decided to do them all on-site. First one was with the Account Director and the second one with the Client Director.
