I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Diageo (Perth, Western Australia) in Jan 2021
Interview
I applied for the BDM role for Diageo Perth. I received a one way video interview invitation. That was a red flag to me but I still did it. Very easy questions and I received an email saying in person interviews would be set up within the week. Two months later, no information. I sent an email within that time frame to ask about my candidacy. The hiring manager couldn't even be bothered to reply which made me think they hired an internal candidate and only put up the advert due to corporate obligation to show they're equal opportunity. After two full months I received an automated reply saying I was rejected. This company is very impersonal and out of touch--not even a phone call to screen their applicants.

I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Diageo (Eldoret)
Interview
it was a digital interview prepared by hirevue company.it started with aptitude test which I passed followed by functional test.Iam yet to know whether I passed or failed though its been 10 days since I did the test.
This was a digital interview after which I was told I'd be contacted by a member of the Talent Engagement team. 4 weeks later, nothing. I went onto my online application to check that the status hadn't changed and found that the status of my application was - Unsuccessful. Not the nicest way to discover that you are no longer in the process, especially having taken the time to interview and being told I'd be contacted. Very impersonal, a terrible process.
