I initially did chat with the recruiter, and it was mostly to answer questions about the role. And also about the company in general. There was a second interview with the hiring manager. In this interview as more in-depth on the type of articles are needed, and how the team works. Finally there was an assessment, which they gave good feedback on. It was rather time intensive, but gave me a chance to see what the work would be like. Overall, the process was clear, and the interviewees were helpful.
