Overall standard - recruiter screen, hiring manager, then other stakeholders. However, with the C1 merger things got messy. I was told to give my availability for the next 2 weeks for the stakeholder interviews. Then that time would go by and I'd send another 2 week availability. Then the recruiter was out for like a month and got back to me saying thanks for your patience, the merger is making things hard.. then got a rejection 2 days later.
