Application
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Discover (Farnborough, Hampshire, South East England, England) in Aug 2017
Interview
Was invited for a 1 hour interview at their Farnborough office after passing CV to a recruiter, with no initial phone screening, which seems strange these days.
Building is extremely dated and quite embarrassing and was told they are at full capacity. Was interviewed by 3 people. One was 20 mins late, another spent most of their time day dreaming.
Initial feedback was positive but heard nothing at all for over 2 weeks, before being told the position has been taken by someone else, and no other productive feedback.
I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Discover (Riverwoods, IL) in Nov 2023
Interview
3 rounds of interview with 3 different agile project managers. It was behavioral and questions were tricky. The team for this position is in receivables division. Question were both technical and situation based.

Question 1
How did you work with highest technical person who is skipping scrum meetings?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Discover (Riverwoods, IL) in Aug 2023
Interview
The interview process took 3 weeks and there were 4 virtual interviews: an interview with HR (screening), an interview with the Hiring Manager and 2 additional interviews with Professionals from the Cyber Security division. Each interview took between 30-45 minutes. During each interview I was asked about my pervious experience as a Scrum Master and different scenarios that I had to act when blockers or impediments were interrupting the development team to meet deadlines. At the end of the hiring process, I waited 2 additional weeks for a final answer. I reached out to the HR personal 1 week after sending thank you letters to my interviews and was replied back that the team decided to hire another candidate. When I asked for a feedback, I was never gotten a response back.

Please describe a situation when you faced a situation where you had to make a difficult decision. What Agile value is the most important to you?
Interviewer was friendly and conversational, did not ask too many technical questions. Started off with a few phone calls with the recruiter before being connected to the managing director on zoom call
