Favorite part of the interview: Everyone alluded to how slowly the company moves to get things done and how they'll spend months and months planning a project for it to just get cancelled. Which was a bit of a red flag considering the role I was interviewing for was to lead an implementation that they've been wanting to complete for years... One Director explained, "we're really good at being pregnant, but then when the baby comes, we forget about it and get pregnant again". Well said...? 30 minute phone screen with recruiter and then 4 hour in-person interview panel. Would have preferred to have a 1:1 with the hiring manager prior to coming in for 4 hours and not having a great idea about what the job was and what they were looking for.
