I applied for the job on Friday. Phone screen the next business day (Monday). Once phone screen was complete, offered video interview (Tuesday) that lasted almost two hours. Very quick process.

They are very transparent about the work culture and ask you to speak up if you don't think that working with possibly irate customers would work for you.

When you first apply you are sent an assessment to complete. After that you’ll receive an email for a phone interview. If you pass that you’ll have a second interview with the hiring manager. After that, you’ll receive your offer.
