Interview
The process was relatively quick. I had a Teams screening with someone from HR. This was followed by a technical interview with two Director-level employees. Technical was straightforward. They asked about experiences with different technologies and asked about statistics knowledge. They were also interviewing other with Master's and Doctorate degrees, so they judge according to the degree you hold

What experience do you have with (insert technology: Python, R, SQL, etc.)?
Asked questions relating to statistics, such as "What is a normal distribution?"
4 rounds, medium difficulty, focus on discover values and base your answers on it. tech rounds would mostly be in sql joins window functions. check for snowflake sql based questions
Had three rounds of interviews in total. The first round was with HR, and then with the hiring manager. The last round was a super day with four back-to-back meetings.

Interview
Just got pymetrics and waiting for the next round. It’s 12-game you can complete within 30 minutes. Really easy and there is no right or wrong so take it easy. Just emphasize the attributes a bank really wants like fast learner.
