Thorough! Phone interview, in person interview, skills assessment and the. 1:1 with a board member. Then I completed a board presentation and they decided that afternoon. I felt comfortable and got the message that they wanted me to be myself. It seemed like there were a lot of collaborators who were present at various stages of the process.
