I filled out the online application and was quickly emailed back saying that my experience and qualifications were what they were looking for. There was a link in the email inviting me to take a web based interview, which was more or less a personality test. I wish I could see how my results were scored because right after I submitted the interview I received a notice that there were no open positions fitting my interests and skill sets.
