There is a paper based test and an interview with a high up manager on the same day. The paper test consist of basic Math knowledge and will also test if you are familiar with Disney's product and history. If you are up to date with the films, the theme parks' basic info and its characters, the test is easy. Just be yourself and describe your strengths during the interview.
