Interview
I Applied online and submitted my resume through the Disney careers website in February, and exactly a month later in March, I received an email to participate in the web-based interview. If you pass that, you schedule your interview which can take place either over the phone or in-person. I would recommend the in-person one which is what I did and that took place around 2 weeks after completing the web interview.
My interview took place at Team Disney and on this day, I think it’s important to look clean and professional and close to the ‘Disney look’ as possible. (You can find a description of The Disney look on their website) As for what I wore, it was business casual-- a pair of black slacks, a white button-up blouse tucked in and a blazer. Try to wear your hair as neatly as possible, conceal tattoos and remove piercings if you have past 1 and it is visible.
As for the actual interview, I would say it took between 20-30 minutes. Very friendly recruiter and asked a lot of questions surrounding customer service (they want to make sure you can really handle the pressure of constantly dealing with guests). I was hired during the interview for a position I did not initially apply for but I mentioned being interested in that role during the interview and my recruiter found an availability.
Extra Note: Most often, the recruiter is looking to see what job you would be the best fit for and you might not be hired for the position you applied which I would say works in your benefit since you’ll end up being better at that job. It is also important to Disney that you have a lot of availability, especially fri-sun which happen to be the peak days of the week.

Interview
This was not my first choice, nor my second or third. Keep it in mind that you may not get any of those choices! However, the interview was very easy. It was more like a conversation, went over job description, requirements, etc. The lady was really nice too!
