I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Disneyland Resort (Anaheim, CA) in July 2015
Interview
I applied online and was immediately prompted to take the web-based interview. After that I was prompted to sign up for an in-person interview which was scheduled for a week and a half later. I showed up about 15 minutes early at the casting center and was directed to where I should go, but I ended up waiting for about 30 minutes before my interviewer was ready to take me in. The interview went fine and I thought I was enthusiastic and answered the questions well but I wasn't offered the job.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Disneyland Resort (Anaheim, CA) in Sept 2015
Interview
The interview process was very brief. I applied online, was asked to take an online interview, and a few days later was offered an in person interview.
I scheduled this interview for a few days later. Waited 20 minutes for the interview after I arrived, and actual interview was only about 10-15 minutes. Interviewer was very polite and accommodating so don't be afraid! There were a lot of people also waiting to be interviewed in the lobby with me. Really easy experience overall.
She didn't offer me a job on the spot, but told me there would be some other job openings soon and to check my email because they would contact me as soon as these positions were available.
